During peak seasons like new product launches and holidays, order processing volume rises significantly, which may add 1-2 extra days to the processing time. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.
Important Note: Once the package is transferred to the logistics provider, its shipping route and delivery timeline will be managed by the provider. We will issue you a unique logistics tracking number to enable real-time status checks of your package.
We provide shipping services to most regions globally. However, some products may not be available for international shipping due to local regulations or logistics limitations. For specific details, please refer to the product information page.
Delivery timeframes vary based on your destination, and packages typically take 10 to 25 days to be delivered.
Return & Exchange Policy

Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the delivery date, verified by shipping tracking records.

Item Condition: Eligible items must be in original, unused condition—with all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories intact. No signs of wear, damage, or alteration are allowed.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain products cannot be returned due to safety, hygiene, or customization reasons, including personalized items, perishables, intimate apparel, and opened skincare/cosmetics. A complete list is available on each product’s detail page.
2. Return Process

Request Approval: Before returning items, contact our customer service via [email/online form] with your order number, the item(s) to return, and a brief reason. We’ll review your request within 2 business daysand issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved.

Package Preparation: Pack eligible items securely (original packaging is recommended) and clearly mark the RA number on the outer package. Unauthorized returns (without an RA number) may be rejected or delayed.

Shipment & Costs: You’re responsible for arranging and covering return shipping fees, unless the return is caused by our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product). Keep the return tracking number—we aren’t liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
3. Refund & Exchange Terms

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned items (usually within 3–5 business days of arrival at our warehouse) and confirm eligibility, we’ll process your refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method, with processing times varying by provider (typically 5–10 business days).

Exchanges: To exchange an item (e.g., for a different size/color), specify your desired replacement in the return request. Exchanges depend on stock availability; if the item is out of stock, a refund will be processed automatically.

Restocking Fees: For returns due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind), a restocking fee (up to 10% of the item’s price) may be deducted. No restocking fees apply to returns resulting from our errors or product defects.
